Practical information

To ensure you have a seamless and nourishing experience with Inner Nature Awakenings or 1:1 sessions, please review the following details:
 

Props and mats:
We provide all necessary props and mats for your comfort during the session. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own blanket to enhance your relaxation.
 

What to wear:
It's important to wear warm, comfortable clothing. Dressing in layers is recommended so you can adjust as needed to stay warm throughout the session.
 

Medical considerations:
If there are any medical conditions or specific practicalities we should be aware of, please let us know in advance. This helps us accommodate your needs and ensures a safe, personalized experience.
 

Pregnancy:
All practices, including Life Force Awakening, are safe during pregnancy. We do advise that you inform the facilitator ahead of time so that we can make any necessary adjustments to your postures for your comfort and safety.
 

Alcohol and drugs:
For the best results, we recommend avoiding alcohol or drugs both before and after the session. Ideally, reduce or eliminate their consumption 48 hours prior to and following the session. This allows you to fully absorb and enjoy the benefits of the practices.
