In an embodiment coaching session, we explore what your body is trying to tell you. Embodiment coaching is experiential work that helps you tune into your body’s intelligence, release tension, feel your boundaries, choose direction, or experience more groundedness in daily life.

  • A 60-minute session via Zoom

  • Practical, somatic exercises (no experience needed)

  • Reflection on what you notice in your body, breath, and posture

  • Simple home practices to integrate between sessions

  • Access to insights on embodiment, the nervous system, (stress) patterns, and personal transformation
